Our priority is ensuring that we understand your specific objectives and then translating this through to our relevant engineers.

Our team are passionate about what we do so also aim to make the process as fun, exciting and stress free as possible. We are project management experts which means that during your project, you will have one point of contact – us. Our business model means we can do everything for you. That includes finding and managing the external suppliers that your project needs, from electrical wiring and plumbing and heating to fire alarm experts. We work with only the best suppliers to deliver your project, and as we will have worked on many projects together, we get the best prices and know who is reliable.

How We Work

1. Developing Your Brief

We meet with you and your team to discuss your objectives, budget and share your vision with us for your new residential project.

2. Understanding Your Development Project

We will get to know your project, be it a small home that you are refurbishing or a large development project of luxury residential apartments. Our team will conduct site surveys and appraise the required home services so we can create a detailed plan of action.

3. Project Planning

Our team will work with you to plan your new project, discussing what services are required, where you would like the services to be located, important adjacencies and the overall flow of your project.

4. Finalising Your Project and Cost Proposal

Working closely with our clients, we will have discussed all your specifications and service requirements along with the costs involved for the project.

5. PayTek Facility

All of our projects are covered by using a 3rd party payment facility. This gives our clients a peace of mind that they will achieve the services they required and paid for. Once we have completed our works, our clients will request Pay Tek to release the entire funds of the project to Joshi Homes Ltd. (Pay Tek are a third party organisation and have no affiliation to Joshi Homes – See terms and conditions).

5. Project Fit Out & Build

Once the Project plan has been signed off and funds have been issued to Pay Tek, our site team will start to get to work, working to an agreed time frame. We encourage regular site visits to appraise progress and to ensure you and your project get the service you require.

6. Handover

Working to deliver your new project on time, we walkthrough on site with you to ensure your services has been commissioned successfully, approved and signed off by you.

7. Project Funds Are Released
